LBC’s online courses/degrees are available to residents of all states and territories of the US under the terms and provisions of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA), of which LBC is an institutional participant, or through authorizations/exemptions in the following non-SARA states: California, Florida, and Massachusetts.
For prospective students holding an Instructional I certificate, or its equivalent, and having achieved 3 years of teaching experience, an endorsement as an Instructional Coach (K-12) can be arranged for a student without the student needing to enroll in the MEd degree program. This nondegree certificate option consists of 15 credits and a non-credit Orientation Seminar. These credits will include 9 credits from the professional core plus the 6 credits of the Instructional Coach Endorsement electives. This program requires 45 hours of field work integrated within the courses.
